My first Chromebook was an Acer C710 in 2012. It didn't take me long to realize. That I no longer need Microsoft. Many people have asked me about the Chromebook. In doing so, I have sold mine and family's CB to help a few people on the price. The CB I've had are all ACERs the C710 11" Celeron 847, C720 11" Celeron 2955U, C720 11" i3, and CB5-C910 15" i5.
In late 2017 I received my first non-Acer CB. It's the i5 Pixelbook.
